This looks amazing! I totally agree with you too- it's always best NOT to know the nutritional informaiton for breakfast treats. Although I guess it's justified because you have the whole day to work it off ;)

This is an astonishingly good idea. Of the bread recipes, the 4th one looks simplest to begin with for a very non-expert. I'd really like to try it.

Also, I think your photos are very appealing. They definitely look fresh and delicious.
